What is Feelgood Sicily?
Feelgood Sicily is a design-oriented holiday home in the heart of Ispica in south-eastern Sicily.
The house combines modern interiors with Sicilian flair and offers stylish living space on three floors with a roof terrace. Ideal for guests who value aesthetics, quality and a central location.
How big is the holiday home and how many people can it accommodate?
The holiday home has approximately 107 square metres of living space spread over three floors. It is ideal for 2–4 people and is suitable for couples as well as small families or friends who want to discover Sicily together.
Where exactly is the holiday home located?
The house is located in Ispica in south-eastern Sicily, in the Val di Noto region. From here, you can reach beaches, Noto, Modica and Marzamemi in a short drive. The location is ideal for guests who want to combine culture, sea and the Sicilian way of life.

How can I book the holiday house in Ispica?
You can check availability directly on our website and book online. Alternatively, you may send a booking request via email. After selecting your travel dates, you will receive a booking confirmation by email.
What are the nightly rates?
Rates vary depending on the season. There is a difference between high and low season. The current price is displayed directly after selecting your travel dates. Any additional costs (e.g. final cleaning or tourist tax) are clearly listed during the booking process.
Is there a minimum stay?
A minimum stay of three days is required at Feelgood Casa. We want to give you the opportunity to relax a little – after all, we are not a business hotel.
That's why we offer a 10% discount on bookings of more than seven days.
Can I also stay for a longer period of time?
If you are looking for an inspiring place, e.g. for a creative break to finally finish writing your novel in peace or simply to escape the Nordic winter for a few weeks with a workation, feel free to contact us! Outside the summer months, we are sure to find a suitable arrangement.
What are the cancellation terms?
Free cancellation is generally possible up to 5 days before the scheduled arrival date. The relevant date is the time we receive the written cancellation (via email).
In case of cancellation within 5 days prior to arrival, we reserve the right to retain the full amount or an agreed percentage of the booking total if the property cannot be rebooked for the reserved period.
In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.

What facilities does the holiday home offer?
The holiday home in Ispica offers, among other things:

The house is furnished in such a way that you will feel at home from the moment you arrive.
Is there a roof terrace?
Yes. The private roof terrace is one of the highlights of the house. It offers sunshine, sweeping views and a quiet place for breakfast, aperitifs or a relaxing evening.
Is the holiday home suitable for families?
Yes, the house is of course also suitable for families. But please note: the stairs, some of which are steep and do not have continuous handrails, are not safe for small children.
Are pets allowed?
In order to ensure high quality, hygiene and comfort for all guests, pets are unfortunately not allowed at Feelgood Sicily. Many of our guests place particular importance on a low-allergen environment and impeccable cleanliness. In order to meet this requirement on a permanent basis, we have made a conscious decision not to allow pets.

You will receive all access details (e.g. key box instructions) in good time before your arrival.
How does access to the house work?
Access is contactless via a key safe. The code will be provided before arrival once all required guest details have been submitted.
How far is the beach?
The nearest beaches can be reached within a few minutes by car. The coastline around Ispica offers long sandy beaches and quiet bathing spots.
How far is the airport?
The nearest airport is Catania. The drive takes approximately 60–75 minutes by car.
Is parking available?
Public parking is available in the area surrounding the house - free of charge.
